Hello Team,
Hope you are doing well , I need a favor from you,
Just to inform you that I applied PIO card for my kid.
They rejected the application saying that ,

Application has been rejected due to the fact the legal status from the mother is already expired on may 2014.
You must provide a visa with a valid status.

Just to inform you that, I am on L1 with a valid visa and I 94 both expiring on March 2016 , and my wife has an expired visa (expired on May 2014) but her I-94 is valid till Dec 2016.
My wife and kid are planning to go back to india for good in Feb ( next month).
Could you please advice me on how to proceed further so that they can fly and also , how to apply for PIO card ?
> can I apply for L2 status extension for my wife? will it help as legal status for my wife to apply PIO (OR)
> can i apply Entry visa with our visa/i 94 statuses? and can I apply PIO card once we are in india? (OR)
are there any other options? kindly advice.
