CKCG basically stole my $450

I submitted my application to ckgs back in September in October they requested additional documents which I emailed them 4 times after they kept saying they did not get them, finally they updated their system and posted they got it. After multiple calls now almost after 4 months I got my application back stating my application was rejected, for missing documents and not to mention now I am out of $450 . CKGS was suppose to be better than BLS but I dont know what standard of testing these companies are selected for handling lives of people. I have called CKGS multiple times and requested a manager to call me back and they keep saying someone will call , no call back received so far.

Try visiting the CKGS office with all your documents... More often than not, it could be a problem from Indian bureaucracy. I have visited the CKGS in NYC for my OCI and renunciation work and have felt their service to be professional and courteous.
