Usually next business day from my experience unless there is an issue with the mode of arrangement for return of the package. I sent $15 MO along with OCI Matchup form eventhough I sent a fedex envelope with return shipping label when I sent my application. They have used $15 MO and haven't used fedex envelope that I sent. Make sure you send them copy of payment receipt along with OCI match up form if you paid for return shipping at the time of filing application, otherwise they might be thinking that you will be personally collecting it. Don't forget to call their call center and also email them (I feel email is better as I got response from NY office with a phone call).
