Return Shipping label not available

Hi,

I have used UPS link provided in the BLS form to "Courier Pickup & Dropoff service"



This is a BLS page where you give pick up and delivery address and make a payment for the shipping service .
Also it is mentioned on the page that
"The return shipping label would be generated by BLS Centre and it would be generated after new passport is received from consulate or embassy."

When i completed the payment , I only got the shipping label from me to BLS (with airwaybill#). I did not get any return shipping label or tracking number form UPS.

Does it mean that BLS center will generate the return shipping label ?

I had mailed the same query to BLS and they replied back with below response.


As you paid the shipping charges of $15 so, there is no need to send any return envelope along with a application, you need to fill the transaction id in 2nd column of airway bill (return).

Also, note that you will not get any return label, we will provide the tracking number once we will dispatch your passport.

I suppose we do not even need to send a return envelope if you have using prepaid shipping service.

I need your help in filling out the passport order form. How you used the UPS link to courier pickup and drop off service? It's is asking the form number, but without filling the airway bill number I cannot save the form to get the number.

Create return shipment

For creating return shipment you must follow below mentioned steps:-

-After logging in to your account select the “Shipping” tab at the top.
-Select “Create a Shipment” > “Create a Return”.
-Select “Return From address” from the drop-down list.
-For each return package select the type of packaging from the drop-down list (for example, packaging provided by UPS, UPS Letter, your packaging or other) and enter Weight.
-Select the “Return Service” you want to use from the drop-down list.
-Confirm the Payment Information which displays your default payment methods in the drop-down menu.
-To encode the reference number on your shipping label select the check box. You can also choose to send an E-Mail Return Notification. When the return package enters the UPS system an e-mail notice will be sent to the recipients you have mentioned.

As you have taken the BLS services and you got the shipping label from BLS. It might be UPS have taken the services of BLS for sometime and that may the reason behind UPS might not have sent you the shipping label.
