Some error occurred - while registering for OCI application online

I tried to register online for the OCI application (Part A) in the website "https//passport.gov.in/oci/submitAppDetails", but unable to complete it. I get an error message "Some error occurred" when I click the save and continue button.
Any guidance to overcome this issue would be helpful. Screenshot attached.
