    Anybody knows if US embassy accepts checks\money order instead of demand draft?

    OCI should be applied to Indian embassy and NOT US embassy.

    They do accept money order.

      My son was born in US and has a US passport. Myself and my wife hold Indian passport. Can I apply for OCI for my son?

        Yes
        You can apply for OCI for your son with your Indian passport.
        You can produce your pasport or your wife's passport as a documentary proof.
