Indian Tourist Visa application for Minor - Valid Visa for Parents?

I'm on my H1 Visa and I'm in the process of filling out Tourist Visa application for my infant daughter. (I'm not going for OCI card as my travel need is in hurry)

I verified the documents checklist for "Tourist Visa - Minor" on CKGS (http://in.ckgs.us/resources/pdf/visa...a-us-minor.pdf)

I'm not clear on Item # 6 in the checklist (see pdf link i mentioned above). Here is the description of item # 6 for your quick reference.

"Parents Valid Visa or Application for Visa applied for along with Minor’s application."

Based on the context of the above item, I'm guessing, I need to provide a copy of valid visa / application for visa to visit India. However as I'm on my H1 and have Indian passport, this item (item # 6) is not relevant to my case. is that correct?

As part of submitting the application to CKGS, I need to fill this checklist (tick mark against all relevant items). Should I tick mark against this item in my case? or leave it un ticked?

What are my options?

I am in similar scenario.

Applying for my son's Indian visa due to urgency, my wife (On H4 visa) would be travelling with my son . The checklist mentions to provide copy of "Parents Visa" or "Application of Visa" however I am on H1-B visa and my spouse is on H4 visa (both Indian citizens). I have sent this enquiry through Feedback option in CKGS 2 days ago but have not got a response yet
