Question on India Visa for baby born in US

Hi, We are applying tourist visa to India for our baby born in US. There is a section in the checklist -

"6. Parents Valid Visa or Application for visa applied for along with minor's application"

The stamped visa we have on the passport is already expired and we have H1B extension petitions approval notices with us I-797 documents. We have not been out of the country even once. The stamping will be done only in this visit.

What should we submit in such a case? Thanks so much in advance!

You can provide approved H1 extension notice but sometime they don't understand and ask for the visa copy. You can get entry visa for your baby.
