OCI Minor Application Incorrect document

I submitted OCI application for my daughter and got an email from ckgs that the thumb impression was not acceptable. I called the customer service but they provided no details as to what was wrong with the thumb impression. I was able to successfully upload the thumb impression image online and then when I took a print out of the forms, the thumb impression was there on Part A of the form inside the signature box. I don't know what was wrong with the image I had uploaded. It met all the requirements. I have attached the image. Also, is it possible to download forms Part A and Part B without uploading the photo and signature image ?

the only problem i see is that the bottom part is touching the box...it should be in between the box other than that I can't say anything...they are very picking on signatures/thumb prints...also don't try to upload signatures/thumb prints...always do after filling out the application at the end.
