OCI application - US minor

Hi Members,

I am trying to apply OCI for my daughter.

I have few questions.

1. In the part B of the application it says
"32. I/We ............................................... do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing particulars stated on
this application are true ,and I/We make ths solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
Date ............................................
Place ............................................ Signature ............................................"

Is it need to be filled for minors?
If yes, whose name should be written here ? applicant/ parents (father / Mother / both)

2. any one has uploaded the documents in the website?
If yes please let em know what are all the documents needs to be uploaded. It is very difficult to get them under 500 kb.
I think what is applicable here is current passport and indian origin proof with birth certificate.

If any thing needs to be uploaded please let me know.

1. for the part B of the application, there's a section for both parents to sign, the one you mention is for adult applicant to fill.
2. disregarding the stupid upload documents just upload whatever size it required, only they required are physical copies. uploading just silly things
