for whom are preparing the oci application send to san francisco ckgs via courier please do not enclose your current passport, and Indian canceled passtport for proof of renunciation, basically just none original support documents are required for san francisco jurisdiction. only original passport require are for applying OCI Misc. issue of new passport(oci and expired U-visa passport), OCI Mic., or with Renunciation (latest Indian passport only). and not necessarily to notary all papers, only require to notary is minor apply any OCI application, then notarize the Parental Authrization, or any Affidavit statememts with true copies.
