How to apply renunciation and visa together?

Hello

I was on the CKGS website trying to apply for renunciation and visa together but it only shows renunciation forms and visa forms separately. How do I apply for both so I can just send it all in one packet?
Any information on this would be immensely helpful.

i filled both application separately and sent in one envelope , everything worked perfectly. here are tips

1) for visa , use receipt of renunciation fee as proof of renunciation
2) include both applications in same envelope (one envelope for each applicant though if you are applying for family members)
3) for shipping, from you to ckgs, only pay once. from ckgs to you, pay both

this is an old post but with new eVIsa (directly by goverbment site) and renunciation via VFS - this is no longer possible to do it simultaneously
