  • Applying for OCI, question regarding Notarized documents

    Hi Everyone,

I'm a Canadian citizen working in US on TN visa. I'm going to apply for OCI from US.

I'm preparing the documents and as per ckgs checklist ( https://www.in.ckgs.us/resources/pdf...d-us-adult.pdf ), lot of documents need to be notarized. I live in a state where a Notary can't
certify a document to be true certified copy.

Can someone tell me if there is an alternative to this?

    Thanks!

former Indian citizen Canada passport holders are little bit more complicated, i will be more than happy to assist you and provide more helpful assistant than useless help from ckgs hotline because their lack of knowledge staff will just put you in the circle.
