which pages on Indian passport to print?

I am applying for daughter's OCI. There are clear instructions for copying US passport (info page + endorsement pages). Which pages for Indian passport (of parents) should be printed? Any other page other than the first and the last page of the Indian passport?

only information pages suchs as: endorsed with date of extension of the passport, name change of spouse name. not the visa pages. don't waste paper to print all passport pages. normally would only need the U.S passport with your name and picture, Indian passport would be your name, picture, date of issue and expiration, and any endorsement pages
