Newly Received OCI Card Questions - Signature

Hi,

I have received a new OCI card (OCI in-lieu of PIO). However, the section of the signature is grayed out. I can see some space of rectangular area below my photograph and I am assuming it is for the signature. However, it is grayed out and no signature is visible.

Could anyone please let me know whether the OCI has signature image also?

I tried contacting CKGS, however, the help line is nothing but a call center and they asked me to contact again (they do not have any idea). I tried calling NY Consulate, but as usual no one picks up the phone.

I did receive and I can see my signature but light . there is absolutely no quality check
