Issue with address field in CKGS passport renewal process

Hi,

I am trying to renew my dad's passport in USA through CKGS online passport application submission. I am having trouble In filling out "Present Address in USA" (in Applicant Details stage). The address requires only one address line but it is giving me an error "Please enter present address 2" if I live the second line blank. Did anyone face this and have found a workaround? Thanks so much!

I also had the issue. Put a comma in the Address line 2.

Hey guys I'm having the same issue. Space comma, nothing's being accepted. What did you finally do?
