regarding documents to be uploaded for oci card

Hello all !
I am trying to upload documents for oci on the government of india website and the requirements are confusing me. So they is looking for :
current passport: US passport for me
Indian origin proof: Indian Passport I guess
Indian visa: applying for oci so i dont have it
My question is since the application is for me and my spouse doesnt have an oci card, he has an indian visa I am assuming I dont need to upload any relationship certificate or marriage certificate. Also I changed my name as well but there is no option to enter a legal document for the same as document proof. Also the pdf document of 500kb requirement is a lil difficult to actually achieve, can anyone share anyway of how they got their documents to upload
I would greatly appreciate any help in this regard.
