I am british citizen and hold a OCI

I am looking to get it done for my mrs. She was born in india but had kenyan passport till few years and since last year now holds a british passport

Is she eligible to get OCI?if so would it be under me?

Yes, she can apply basis on your OCI card holder status. but a little bit more complicated for supporting documents, i had few clients with the similar background.
