I'm an Indian born U.S. Citizen and have U.S. Passport and PIO card.

1. Could you please let me know whether I can travel to India with PIO card in March,2017.
2. Do I need to apply for OCI card?
3. Is it mandatory to apply to OCI card?
4. How long is the OCI processing time now?
5. If I apply for OCI card, can I travel to India with PIO card until I get my OCI card?

5. Yes, do not send the PIO card with application. Passport, OCI card and PIO are not required for OCI process.
