Hello,
Good Day.
OCI Application Enquiry:
I'm Kuldeep of Malaysian Citizen and holding Malaysian Passport keen on applying India OCI Card.
My biological mother is Indian origin and my adopted mother is also from Indian origin and both were Indian Citizen before and currently they are Malaysian Citizen. I'm adopted by my biological father's younger biological brother and my Paternal and Maternal grandparents are Indian origins from both my biological parents and adopted parents.
Basically, I’m from Indian Heritage in the same family root as the adoption happened within the same biological generation.
My question is during the application submission do I need to provide my biological mother particulars or my adopted mother particulars or I can use my Grandparents particulars?
Appreciate if anyone on this forum could help and guide me on this matter.
