Applying OCI from India for USA born baby

My USA born baby has just traveled to India in entry visa and my husband was not able to come to India with us due to his work. I would like to apply OCI card for my baby staying in India during my husband's absence.

My Questions are,

1) Both myself and my husband are Indian citizen by birth.Can I apply for OCI card for my baby staying in India during my husband's absence?

2) If question-1 is possible, then how can I apply for OCI card in India? Can you pls guide me on the process?

3) is there any consent needed from baby's father? If consent letter is needed, is the consent form available in the site or hand written application will suffice with specific format?

Both parents need to sign

I recently applied from US for my kids. They do ask for both parents to sign the document, so I am assuming both needs to sign.
