How to fill part B in OCI miscellaneous form

I am trying to fill in the oci miscellaneous form from India for my son to enter the new passport details. Able to successfully enter part A and uploaded photo and signature. In part B it is asking whether The applicant or relatives have anytime applied for oci and also what the result was.
The very fact is that we already are oci holders and we are just updating the new passport details using miscellaneous service to get a new oci card.
What info should we enter in that column.

Say Yes and provide the OCI number and say it was approved.
