Hi, my son is born in the US and he doesn't hold a PIO/OCI card. He went to India on tourist visa 5 months ago and planning to stay for other 6 months since on tourist visa you are only allowed to stay for 6 months, we are palnning to convert tourist visa to Entry Visa, can someone please let me know if this is possble or been thru this? Are there any other options apart from Visa conversion? Appriciate some help with this matter
