passport.gov India fresh application not working?

I'm trying to fill in the OCI in lieu of PIO card today and send them to CKGS. But looks like the

Fresh Application

is not working and down?

Get this error:

System under maintenance.Please try again later.

Is this a known issue? Anyone else get this? Any alternatives. Please help

I want to renew my passport and i get the same message. I tried multiple times and every time the server is down
