Nephew scribbled on passport

Hi, I am going to go for stamping in 3 weeks. My nephew scribbled on the observation page of my passport.

Would this create a problem when I go for stamping of my visa. If so what can I do as a safety measure.

The observation page was blank before the scribble. The scribble is not too bad but the pen marks are visible.
