ADDRESS CHECK at CKGS-OCI -not moving forward-NYC jurisdiction

HI friends-
after getting all the info i finally decided to start this OCI process..so did the stuff on CKGS web and now i am on " submit ad collecton page...i selected the posting and agreed for UPS next day deliver, ..address was pulled automatically .so no changes there..but when i clicked on 'submit" a msg popped saying "Please perform address chek".i clicked on the address and nothing happens..clicked on submit..same msg PERFORM ADDRESS CHECK.

can anyone tell me how to solve this problem...i thought it was explorer browser, so i did on Chrome..same page same msg..
cannot get NYC ckgs ppl on phone , both the #s are either busy or not answering..after emailing them, they said to clear this and that and on and on..which i did and still the same problem...
i just want to know if anyone experienced the same and what was the solution ..pls help!!!

to all those frustrated with the PERFORM ADDRESS CHECK issue, you need to select the FedEx address locator just below the shipping option (I chose FedEx as my shipping) and then select the complete address shown there. have a safe trip to India. )

SOLUTION that worked for me on 11/25/2018
Use Google Chrome browser, click the radio button that asks you to check if the UPS/FEDEX service provide is nearby where you live, select the address that THEY DISPLAY, scroll down and hit continue. Peace!!!
