My daughter 12 years old she hold valid pio card valid until april 2020. now we are living in hyderabad india. so i want to know how to appply oci card in india (hyderabad Frro)

what is the process and wich documents to be required and how much fees has to paid. if any one knows please write me the details Thanks in advance.
