Hello All,
I find this website very helpful and it has helped me a lot through my and my family's H1B processing.
I am currently in USA working at client office. My H1B Visa expired on 30th Sep and I have applied for extension. I received the receipt notice too. I am waiting for the results.
My passport is going to expire and I want to apply for renewal through mail. My question is , what will happen if I send the passport and documents for renewal and I receive the Visa rejection ? How should I get my passport and documents back if that happens?
