Parents Marriage certificate for kid's OCI application

Hi All,

I am planning to apply new OCI for my new born at SanFrancisco. Looks like parent's marriage certificate is mandatory. But unfortunately we dont have marriage certificate.

Pls let me know the alternatives for marriage certificate if you know. Also if anybody got OCI without marriage certificate using passport's spouse details.

Get it from the consulate. Here is the link if you are in Chicago consulate area --> https://www.cgichicago.gov.in/page/display/161/17 Other consulates should have similar services.
