My Wife and daughter went to India for a 3 month trip and would be coming back to USA on 5-April-2007. My Daughter is 5yrs old and her Indian passport expires in June-2007. Would there be an issue while coming back into US with a 2 months valid passport? I'm planning to apply for a reissue of new passport as soon as they return from India. What should be the minimum validity requirement? Please advice.
