Hi,
Thanks for the greatest service you are providing for the Indian community with all the Immigration matters. We do consider this site is the Bible for the Immigration issues.
I have a question regarding the OCI card and in the Website when I was going through today, I have noticed the followign thing.
If both parents are Indian citizens having the Indian passports and children are US born, then the children are not eligible for the OCI.
Do you have any idea about this as, it is recently changes or from the day one this is the same rule. I am asking the question because last year for my son we got the OCI, both of us (Me and my wife having the Indian passports) and what should happen to my son's OCI card now? Is it valid or by mistake the Indian government issues the OCI card? Please let me know.
Thanks in advance.
