OCI card -- Please Help

We have applied for OCI card for our son in August 2006. We see that the registration status of the application is ‘GRANTED’ on the website. We didn't receive the OCI card yet. I have tried calling ALL the number listed on the website many times; response is always the busy tone or answering message…where the answering machine is already full of messages. I don’t receive any response to the emails I send. Please let us know whom to contact regarding this matter.

We are planning to visit India in May; any help in this matter is appreciated!!

Did you call the Consulate where you applied? I would personally go there.
