Name Display in PIO Card

    Name Display in PIO Card

    I recently got the PIO Card for my Daughter. In the Last Page I could see a Line which says:

    This PIO Card is issued for Ms.

    Should the Name be displayed as LastName First Name or should it be First Name Last Name.

    Please help me out with this. Has anybody corrected the name in PIO Card if so how have you done that.
