PIO Card - SFO

Hi,
The SFO consulate site says new PIO Card takes 30 days. Can any one who has 1st hand experience let me know how long it has taken in the recent past. I need to book tickets and would like to know when I can start. I tried calling the consulate but no one ever picks up the phone.

It took around 4 weeks to get my daughter's PIO card. But it was a couple of months ago.

I got it in 3 weeks and 2 day. Just arrived today.
