passport -photo issue-urgent-please help

my passport expired and i need to take a new passport and the application form is saying the photo should be 3.5cm*3.5cm(1.3inch*1.3inch)approxiamately.
But the passport photo is 2*2 inch
so where do i get 3.5 dimension photograph
how can i get that
any advise is highly appreciated

Photo 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm - Or 1.4 inchex x 1.4 inches

3.5 cm = 35 mm or 1.37 inches. They accept 1.4 inch x 1.4 inch pictures as they know this is the best we can do easily in the U.S.

You can change the background in Adobe Photoshop and then use MS Word to print the photos on photo-paper with the correct dimensions.

MS Word allows you to re-size the photos properly as required.

Also, it has the option to add dimensions for other nations.
