Here's my case -- would appreciate an early response, if you have similar experience --
1. My passport does not have my wife's name endorsed as spouse. This PP is issued in Pune
2. My wife's passport is in her maiden name, and is issued in Bangalore. This PP also does not have my name endorsed as spouse.
3. We recently had a son, and on his birth certificate, the mother's name is entered as her new name after marriage
4. We have a marriage certificate
Q1: Will the Indian passport authorities issue a passport for my son, without endorsing spouse names in either of our passports?
Q2: Will there be any issue for our son to get a US H4 visa?
