OCI - supporting documents duplicate too?

Hello,

I am applying for OCI and have questions on supporting documents.
I and my son have PIO cards and as per guidelines, they say that I need
to get PIO copy notarized. But in general they say, all documents to be
submitted in duplicate.

Does this mean that I need to get two notarized documents for each person?
Or just get one PIO notarized and make a copy of that?

Any help is appreciated.

Notarization

Notarization is done Free in your Bank;
To be on safe side ,each document is to be notarized separately
do not make photocopy after notarization.
