I am a US citizen by Naturalization and would like to know if I answered the following PART B questions of OCI (q 16 and
q 22) correctly.
Q.16 Does the country of applicant(s) permit dual citizenship in some form or the other? If no, give specific details
I ANSWERED 'YES'. Is this correct?
Q. 22 Details of family members, who are staying in India, if any
I answered this as 'NOT APPLICABLE' since my spouse is living with me in USA and I don't have kids. Is this correct answer?
