Tatkal Passport Process Urgent Pls Help..

Hi..


I have a question regarding passport..

Presently Im pregnant and we r inviting my mom for my delivery here..
wanted to know something abt TATKAL process..

Is proof of urgency required for applying passport under TATKAL ?
Cos when i had applied for it 2 yrs back it was required .. but presently in the indian passport web site they have mentioned ''No proof of urgency is required for Out-of-Turn issue of passport''
