Anybody recently applied for a PIO card in chicago. How long it took. Please share.

PIO Card Info - Updated

OK..got the PIO card.
Applied 16 Feb 2008 - Received 26 Feb 2008.
10 days at Chicago Consulate..Very fast.

Below is the documents and requirements for the PIO Card.

- PIO form two copies with passport photograph and thumb impression of the minor. I used immihelp.com instructions to fillout the pdf and did not do manually.
- 3 extra photos stappled to one of the application form
-Notarize photocopy of my daughter's US passport first and last 2 pages.
-Notarized US Birth certificate copy of my daughter
-Notarized copies of first and last 2 pages of my Indian passport.
-Notarized copies of first and last 2 pages of my wife's Indian passport.
-US Driver License copy of me and my wife.
-Copy of a utility bill
-Copies of birth certifcate for me and my wife.
-Money order for $205. ($185 - fees for the PIO + $20 for mailing charges)
