I would like to apply for the passport for my son .I have to get it urgently because. Passport is his ID for writing the SAT exam. He is appearing on may 4 th 2008. I have all proof to apply under tatkal. I need one clarification. In his birth certificate his name is siddharth. But we changed his name in school as Vijay siddharth. Is there any problem in applying to passport in tatkal. He was born in 1990. He is a minor. kindly help me
