  • PIO Processing Time, Houston

I had applied for my Son PIO card through Fedex at CGI Houston and it reached the consulate on March 25th 2008 at 9:06AM. I still haven't received his PIO card even though the lead time as per the CGI Houston website is 4 weeks.

I have mailed them and also tried calling them but no one answers or replies.

Is there any other way to find the status of the PIO application?

Please help us, How to contact them or track the application.

I applied with the below documents.

    - PIO form two copies with passport photograph and thumb impression of the minor.
-Notarize photocopy of my daughter's US passport first and last 2 pages.
-Notarized US Birth certificate copy of my daughter
-Notarized copies of first and last 2 pages of my Indian passport.
-Notarized copies of first and last 2 pages of my wife's Indian passport.
-US Driver License copy of me and my wife.
    -Copy of a utility bill
-Copies of birth certifcate for me and my wife.
-Money order for $205. ($185 - fees for the PIO + $20 for mailing charges)

    Thanks,
    Dhakshnamoorthy
