I need some information regarding the OCI cfor India. I hope you can answer these questions.
1 - I am a citizen of the USA, but I am married to a citizen of India & all of our children were born in India. Am I eligible for the OCI?
2 - I realize that the OCI doesn not mean dual-citizenship, but would I be required to revoke my USA citizenship?
