PIO Card Status -

Hi,
I live in Atlanta and have applied for my daughter's PIO Card on May 19 to CGI, Houston. Due to change of job, now I have to relocate to Chicago next week.
Is there any phone number or email that I can use to contact CGI, Houston for PIO Card status.
Will I be able to check the PIO Card Status in CGI, Chicago.
If I give Change of Address to USPS, will I be able to get PIO Card to my new Address in Chicago.
