Parents have VISA to US, how to get VISA for the child

Me and my wife have VISA for the US on indian passport. But my son does not have a VISA.

I need to travel urgently to the US. What is the process to get US VISA for my kid (3 years old, has valid indian passport)

1. Do I need an Invitation?
2. Which forms and process to follow?
3. Do both parents need to be there in Bombay US Consulate?

I and my wife have B1/B2. We are Indian nationals, all three of us.

You need to apply for the same class of visa based on the nature of your visit. Your invitation letter will probably suffice for the child as well if you are going for a conference/visit etc.
