PIO Vs OCI - benefits in case of emergency

Hello,

Iam writing to you on behalf of my Manager who is OCI card holder and is US national in Primary. Currently she is on an assignment with her family in India and we got to know that OCI card holders will not be extended airlifting help for US National in case of Natural Calamity of situation of War versus PIO card holder are benefitted with this rule. Can you clarify if this is right.
