Urgent ECNR Required

Dear Sir,

I am in Dubai at the moment. My elder daughter is here with me in Dubai. However, my younger daughter is in India (Mumbai)at the moment and she has got a job in Dubai. She was working in another company in Dubai and has to undergo visa change. She does not have ECNR stamped on her passport. If she does not take up this job quickly she will lose. She is a graduate. Please let me know how soon we can get the ECNR stamped with out much delay.

ECNR Duration

Dear Sir,
I did my education and got passport from Bangalore. Now I wanted to go to Qatar, so applied for ECNR clearance in Thane Passport Office. I could not get immediately, they informed that, they will send by post next week. But I wanted urgently. What is the duration for getting ECNR stamped?
