Hello,

I am an indian citizen, and US green card holder. I have some agriculture lands and house in india. What is the status if I take American
citizenship and apply for OCI card. What happened to my properties which are on my name? As OCI member, can I still own my existing form lands I really appreciate your help.

You can continue to own agricultural properties but you can't buy new ones.

There is no problem in owning current house or buying new ones.
