Hi,

I have a question regarding the documents requiered for appying the PIO card.

Question #13 in the PIO card application - what is the document required for the proof of residence and whose detail has to be given.

Which PIO card application ...

... asks for any documentation in #13? I checked the one at Embassy of India and at Consulate General of India, NY, but don't see any such question.

See below. Herein they ask for passport information if parents/grand parents/great grand parents held an Indian passport and the copy of this document.
