Applying at SFO
My wife changed her last name from Name_A to Name_B during
her naturalization (which happened 8 months after our kid was born)
So her indian passport has name_A and US passport has name_b
However, in my kid's birth certificate, mom's last name is still
Name_A
Kid's US passport does not have parents name on it.
Couple of questions
1. Since we need to send attested Birth Certificate of minor,
will name_A for mom be an issue
2. Also, do you need to send attested passport papers for
both mom/dad for a minor.. If so, again does the name_A
has any bearing..
Should I write a letter to explain.
